My Struggle With Bell's Palsy
62How I Recovered From Bell's Palsy
One morning I awoke and just didn't feel right. All day at work,
my head and face just hurt. Finally, by the end of the day, I
knew I needed medical attention. I went to see a doctor,
thinking I had an ear infection or some kind of dental problem.
I was shocked and dismayed by the diagnosis. It turned out I
had Bell's Palsy
(go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell's_palsy for more info).
I hadn't even noticed that half of my face was actually
paralyzed. After the doctor pointed it out, I looked in the
mirror and saw that the right side of my face clearly wasn't
moving when I would smile or make other expressions. As the
condition progressed, I became unable to blink my right eye
and had to do it using my hands just to keep my eye from
drying out. I received a vitamin b shot and a prescription of
anti-inflammatory steroids as treatment. Not entirely
convinced that these treatments would be effective, I also
used a product I had found and purchased some time earlier
called Holosync in the hope that it would fill in any gaps and
speed up the healing process. I had used it before and found
it to be very useful in helping me to function at an over all
higher level in all areas of my life. I remembered reading on
the website about how an individual who had suffered major
nerve damage in their head, neck and face experienced
spontaneous healing when they started to use Holosync. I
found that as I listened to Holosync, I too experienced the
healing of my damaged facial nerves and the partial paralysis
went away completely within a couple of weeks. The doctor
couldn't discover what caused this condition and I found in my
research that the cause is usually unknown and that treatment
of the condition is controversial. I believe that my condition
healed faster and totally because of my use of Holosync. To

Courtney 15 months ago
Hi there,
My name is Courtney, I am now 23 years of age. I grew up around Portland, Oregon and when I was 11 I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. This would have been 1999, when I was entering the 6th grade. Over the course of 3 hours my face went from normal function to the right side being completely paralyzed. I was at a friends house while it progressed and didn't look in any mirrors until I was driven home. Because of my prior sinus problems and allergy issues, everyone assumed it had something to do with a sinus infection. Turned out to be Bell's Palsy. In 1999 when I was diagnosed, there apparently no known treatments, and if there were, my doctor didn't bother to research them. My mom searched high and low for any vitamin or supplement that may help the nerve strengthen. It took me roughly 6 months to recover. I am sorry to hear that you had to deal with this, however, I find comfort in knowing other people have been through this, as well.
